Customs & Duties

For international orders delivered outside the UK, local customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and aren’t included at checkout. If charges are due, DHL will contact you directly when your item has shipped with a secure payment link and takes care of the customs process for you.

Returns

Returns for non bespoke items are accepted and extended for the Christmas period. Please get in touch with us at hello@florenceandnell.co.uk by the 30th December to arrange your return. Please ensure they are returned within 14 days thereafter.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please note all returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

On receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sold, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days
