NEW* Customs & Duties

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping – that means all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns

Returns for non bespoke items are accepted and extended for the Christmas period. Please get in touch with us at hello@florenceandnell.co.uk by the 30th December to arrange your return. Please ensure they are returned within 14 days thereafter.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please note all returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

On receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sold, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days
