• We ship with DHL Express to many countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days once dispatched.

NEW* Customs & Duties

Local sales taxes and import duties are calculated and shown at checkout, and are included in your total price. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted. Please get in touch with us at hello@florenceandnell.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and ensure the goods are returned within 14 days of your delivery. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please note all returned items should be sent back to us in their original packaging and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, for your own protection. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

On receipt of the item, in the same condition as it was sold, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days
