Florence and Nell were my grandmothers. Through them, I fell in love with storytelling and discovered how jewellery can hold our most treasured memories and tell our beautiful stories.
They were with me for nearly 40 years, and the greatest heirloom they gave me wasn’t jewellery - it was memories. Memories filled with laughter and kindness. They taught me that everyday moments are worth treasuring.
That’s why I started Florence & Nell in 2023 - to create jewellery that holds memories and moments in time. Jewellery with a wonderful soul, shaped by what matters most to you. Pieces you’ll reach for every day to bring you joy as you remember and honour your story.
My passion for design came alive during my degree in jewellery design at Central Saint Martins. Over the past 20+ years, I designed for international jewellery brands across fashion, costume and fine jewellery, forecasting trends and travelling the world sourcing what was next.
What I love now is slowing down - creating jewellery that’s made to last and holds deeper meaning. I love working directly with you, hearing your stories, and creating wearable heirlooms that will be treasured
Each piece is handcrafted by our small, skilled UK team using traditional techniques passed down through generations. We champion the antique aesthetic of traditional hand engraving and work with a master engraver who hand-engraves our bespoke creations.
Our vintage and antique pieces are a small curation of my favourite finds. They connect us to stories from the past - chosen for their symbolism, their beauty, and their joy.
Like my grandmothers taught me, the most precious things we own are the moments we hold close. I’d love to create jewellery that holds yours.
